DeSoto Honda in Olive Branch, MS is currently seeking Sales Associate. MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE

Hours: Tuesday-Saturday (Closed Sunday & Monday)

Job Summary & Responsibilities include:

Seeking new customers interested in this market

Answering leads in a quick and timely manner

Being able to answer questions about the lines and products we sell

Learning new products as they arrive to the market

Resolving concerns that the customer may have

Working with a team.

Job Specifications:

Responsible for the sale of new and used powersports vehicles and parts to include but not limited to: boats, ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, street bikes

Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles

Sells conservatively and makes recommendations to prospects based on their needs and wants.

Demonstrates the ability to gather product information, pricing, make a presentation to the customer, submit detailed information for financing making it easy for the customer to buy.

Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, company sponsored events, direct mail, email, and networking.

Other duties as required by management

Background Screen Required

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)

License: Driver's License (Required)

Retail sales experience is a plus but not required

Teachable attitude Aggressive selling and knowledgeable in via social media

Basic computer skills

Bilingual is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
